Dr. Kayla Dziuba is a graduate of the Georgia Campus of the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed her residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA, in 2019. Now residing in Tunnel Hill, GA with her husband and three children, she finds joy in her family, her practice, decorating cookies, cooking, and gardening.
Dr. Dziuba chose family medicine in part because of the opportunity to truly get to know her patients, and this unique practice setting allows her the time necessary with patients to do so. Family medicine allows her to care for both chronic and acute needs for your whole family. She has special interest in women's health, menopause management, mental health, and in-office procedures. Dr. Dziuba is excited to provide comprehensive and personalized care to her community.

Dr. Michelle Little, an honors graduate from Edward Via College of Osteopathic Medicine in Spartanburg, SC (2016), later completed her Residency at Floyd Family Medicine in Rome, GA serving as Chief Resident in (2019). After two years practicing in Calhoun, GA, she co-founded Dalton's first direct primary care practice.
Outside of her medical endeavors, she finds joy in reading, travel, and non-running exercises. While she appreciates all aspects of primary care, Dr. Little has a keen interest in diabetes management, weight management, and holistic wellness. Fluent in Spanish, she aspires to introduce a new healthcare approach to Dalton and NW GA. Dr. Little resides in Rocky Face, GA, with her husband, son, and daughter.
Nancy Davis brings her expertise and compassionate care to her role as Office Manager and Head Clinical Assistant at Foundation Direct Family Care. With a recent certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) from the National Healthcareer Association, Nancy ensures top-tier medical assistance while managing clinic operations seamlessly. Beyond her professional dedication, Nancy is a devoted wife and mother of three, finding joy in family time and singing at church.
Driven by a profound commitment to community service, Nancy actively engages in initiatives outside of her clinical duties. Her passion for helping others extends beyond the medical realm, reflecting her belief in serving with empathy and love. Through her unwavering dedication to both her family and community, Nancy Davis exemplifies the essence of compassionate healthcare professionalism.
Kinaysha Cordero serves as the Front Desk Administrative Medical Assistant at Foundation Direct Family Care, where her dedication ensures exceptional patient care from the moment they call or walk through the door. With her recent certification as a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA), Kinaysha combines her expertise with a compassionate approach to managing patient communications and administrative tasks. Her exceptional organizational skills keep the office running smoothly, contributing to a positive experience for patients and staff alike.
Outside of her professional responsibilities, Kinaysha finds fulfillment in spending quality time with her family and exploring new destinations through travel. Her commitment to both her personal and professional life reflects her belief in nurturing relationships and providing the best possible care to those she serves.
