Office Hours and Response Times

Visits by Appointment Only: All office visits at FDFC are by appointment. While we strive to accommodate same or next-day appointments for acute care needs, we are not a walk-in clinic.

Phone Hours: Our phone lines are open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on business days. Please feel free to call or text us with questions or concerns during business hours.

Expected Response Time: We aim to respond to all patient messages within 24 hours. Our doctors prioritize patient appointments during the day and respond to messages a few times daily. Urgent matters will be addressed as quickly as possible.
