Think of it like a gym membership for healthcare — you pay a monthly fee and get comprehensive access to your physician when you need it.

  • No, we do not accept insurance. Our practice operates outside traditional insurance networks, allowing us to spend more time with our patients and provide a better experience. You pay a monthly fee, and this gives you access to your doctor as often as you need without worrying about co-pays, deductibles, or surprise bills.

  • Your monthly membership includes:

    • Unlimited visits with your doctor, whether in-person, by phone, video call, email, or text.

    • Access to discounted medications through our in-house pharmacy.

    • Discounted lab work and blood tests through our in-house lab.

    • Personalized care from one of our board-certified physicians.

  • Yes! While we don’t bill insurance directly, you can still use your insurance for specialist visits, hospitalizations, emergency care, or other services not covered under your membership. We can refer you to specialists, and you’ll be able to use your insurance with them if you choose

  • No, we don’t lock you into long-term contracts. Our memberships are month-to-month, and you can cancel at any time. However, we do ask for a 30-day notice if you decide to leave the practice, so we can transition your care smoothly.

  • You can reach your doctor however it’s most convenient for you:

    • Scheduled In-person visits

    • Scheduled Phone calls

    • Scheduled Video calls

    • Emails

    • Text messaging (Preferred)

  • As a member, you have access to our in-house pharmacy, where we offer many common medications at discounted prices. We also provide discounted lab work, such as blood tests, through our in-house lab. This helps keep costs low and makes it more convenient for you to get the care you need without needing to visit multiple locations.

  • We offer flexible billing options for your convenience. You can choose to have your monthly membership fee automatically billed on either the 1st or the 15th of each month. The payment is automatic, so you don't need to worry about sending a payment manually.

    Any labs or medications obtained through our in-house pharmacy or lab during the previous month are added to your next bill. This way, all your charges are consolidated into one easy-to-read bill, making it simple to manage your healthcare expenses.

  • If you need imaging, we will order the necessary tests based on your medical needs. If you have insurance, we can send the order to the imaging facility of your choice, allowing you to use your insurance as usual.

    If you are uninsured, we’ve partnered with local imaging centers that offer discounted, upfront cash prices to our members. This means you'll know the cost before your appointment, and the price will include both the imaging and the radiologist's reading—so no surprise bills later.
